Kinherit awarded highest accreditation from STEP

One of the UK's newest Will & Trust firms, Kinherit, has been awarded STEP's Platinum Employer Partner accreditation in recognition of their outstanding learning and development culture.

The firm, which began in 2018, is based in Bristol but works with clients all across the country. It has put STEP practices firmly at the heart of its business strategy - and their recent accreditation success shows it's paying off.

Right from the beginning they have focused on building a positive work and learning environment where staff are actively encouraged and supported with their training and career development.
