Testimonials & case studies
The moment Ben explained asset protection, I realised it would save my children £400,000 in inheritance tax. Everyone should know about this.Richard, London
I only have £100k, and I want that to be for my daughter and her kids, without risk of losing half to divorce.K A Jones
I just can’t believe people don’t know about this. To think our family solicitor spent two years messing it up before we realised there was a better option.JS, Convent Garden
Kinherit was formed to provide full-service End-of-Life Planning. It’s more than a legal document - it's a complete plan for you and your family.
Technology has made so many areas of our life simpler. But stepping into someone else’s shoes is much more difficult. We allow you to guide your Executor when the time comes.
As an alternative to standalone Will, we build complete plans based on the best products and advice available in the UK. This includes Discretionary or IIP Trusts, Deed of Severance, Powers of Attorney, Deed of Variation, Amending Wills (post-death), or planning as part of our revolutionary Handover Services (see more here).
You get the best products at prices that are affordable and with a process designed to suit you.
Our mission is to legitimise the Will-Writing market
Our pioneering approach provides a safe-place in an unregulated industry. You have no legal recourse if your lawyer or online Will-writer ticks the legal requirements, but miss the financial and practical consequences for your family.
Considering the money involved in inheritance, it is shocking to think how little regulation there is protecting consumers. Our mission is to protect consumers from poor planning, mis-selling or worse (see our Hundred Horrors page).
Law students get minimal training on Will-writing, and specialist lawyers only really make money when it has gone wrong. Worse still, some offers of “cheap wills” are made just to tie-in high-cost probate and in reality end up being pretty costly. This is why we clearly explain all costs and are advocates of regulating the wider industry and protecting customers.
