Step 1: Send us a message

If you decide you’d like to work with us, the first thing to do is to send us a message.  We’ll then be in touch to arrange a good time to chat.  We’re happy to book a video call if you prefer.

Step 2: Information Call

We’ll talk to you and ask lots of questions to fully understand your situation. We then go away and put together some detailed thoughts for you to consider.


Step 3: Options Call

It’s here we discuss the options available to you, helping you make some key decisions about how you want to proceed. We give you more time to think things over if you need it.

Step 4: Confirm and Pay

There’s no obligation to continue, but hoping you will, we ask for payment and some finer details to help us create your legal documents. These should be with you in a couple of days and we can witness the signing by video call if this is helpful.

Step 5: Signing and Kinvault setup

Document signing is a critical step, as without this you are unprotected. But it is easy with our optional free video-witnessing (we even store the video file with your Kinvault, giving industry-leading protection). We then start the process of gathering all your important information together.  We’ll show you how to do this and answer any questions you may have.  It’s then over to you to populate it (but we’re at the end of the phone if you need us).

Step 6: Handover services

If you agree, we also ensure everyone who has a role in your end-of-life plan knows about it. We explain to them how the Kinvault works and ask them to contact us when you die or can no longer make your own decisions. When the time comes, we’re then able to help them gain access to your Kinvault to finalise admin tasks and carry out your wishes.
